Rob Young (Flight Model)

Rob Young learnt to fly in the mid 1970's, at Santa Monica in the US and later at Biggin Hill in the UK. He gained his PPL and spent most of his flying time exploring the South of England, also doing some aerobatics in a Chipmunk and other tail draggers. His flying is now restricted to gliding. .. As a flight model designer, Rob has contributed to a great many simulator projects over the years, including Yannick Lavigne's highly acclaimed Falcon 50, the MAAM-Sim B25 and DC3, Eaglesoft's corporate jets, Lago's Tornado and many other award winning aircraft, including the Spitfire, Marchetti SF260 and Decathon of RealAir Simulations.
