Online Registration
 

Why register? We can support registered users only. This means, you will have to either send the registration card you receive with your purchase of the CD-Version of the product or you have to register online. In both cases you need your SERIAL NUMBER, which is either printed on page 4 of your 4-paged booklet which came in your CD package or it has been sent when purchasing the Online Version.

After completion of registration, registered users will be immediately able to download "The Pan Dive - A Flyable Kitchen", which is another full product fun scenery.

How register?

1) Create an account at our portal website fsim.net (Click "Register / Create profile" in the menu "Session Administration", top left)

2) Fill in the required fields

Pls use a current email address! You will have to activate the account with the link we send you! Some providers consider our emails SPAM. So you need to check with your provider that the mail goes through. Generally speaking we experience the most problems with the following providers: AOL, hotmail, Cello. Please check any spam-folder you may have. And please add the address to your WHITELIST!

3) Activate your account when you receive the confirmation email.

4) Log into your account

5) Click "My Products" and register the PILOT'S product(s) you own. You will need the serial number! This is mandatory. No exceptions.  ANY SERIAL NUMBER CAN BE REGISTERED JUST ONCE!

6) In the section "My Downloads" you will find all downloads for every PILOT'S product you registered, which are available for registered users only.
