How to install Boeing B314 - The Clipper in FS2004 "Century of Flight"

You CAN NOT just move ANY of the files from FS2002 to FS2004. You have to REINSTALL B314. You must be logged on your system having administrative rights!

Instructions:
===========

Unzip and copy this fs2002.cfg into your FS2004 directory! (Typically this is C:\progam files\microsoft games\flight simulator 9). If such a file is already present DO NOT OVERWRITE THIS ONE. Just proceed ...

A) CD Version (any original B314 CD) (Online Versions SEE BELOW!)

1) Copy the SP1 file of B314 somewhere on your harddrive. You have received a link to download this file after your registration at http://b314clipper.com

2) Have the original B314 CD into the drive. Run SETUP.EXE from the CD. Make sure, you have disabled ANY virus-software or ZIPMAGIC. During setup, choose as TARGET directory the directory you installed FS2004 into. (Typically this is
C:\progam files\microsoft games\flight simulator 9) THIS IS ESSENTIAL! See the picture here for details.

3) Complete setup.

4) DO NOT START FS!

5) LEAVE CD in drive.

6) Run the SP1 of B314. MAKE SURE, when browsing to the FS directory you again browse to the FS2004 dir as seen above! You will be asked to overwrite files. If you are not asked, the dir is wrong! THIS AGAIN IS ESSENTIAL!

7) Complete SP1 installation.

8) Run FS2004. You should see a "reindex" of scenery files. Load the B314. It should load.
